Registration and fees
Student registration
Students from ECMI centers should get in touch with their local contact to agree on the participation. Then, the online registration form should be filled in for each participant either by the university representative or by the students themselves, by May 15, 2018.
The event has several places for students from non-ECMI universities. Students from non-ECMI institutions should send to the organizers at ecmimw2018@dmi.uns.ac.rs the additional documents motivating their wish and eligibility for participation in the event (CV, motivation letter and transcript of records, as well as a recommendation letter from a representative of the sending institution) by April 20, 2018. Acceptance/rejection of participation (depending on the application and the number of available places) will be communicated to each applicant individually at least a week before the registration deadline. Once accepted, the students will be asked to fill in online registration form.
Fees
- 250e for students from ECMI nodes,
- 300e for students from non-ECMI institutions.
The registration ends with the fee payment by direct bank transfer from Serbian bank account, see instructions here.
The fee should be transferred no later than May 25, 2018 and includes accommodation, breakfasts, lunches, dinners, an official dinner, and the social program. Registrations for which no fee is received in time will be cancelled.
Once the registration time (and therefore the possibility for editing your registration link) closes, the fee is non-refundable.
Grants for ECMI students
The organizers may consider giving a few grants (partial or full exemption from registration fee) to students who are not supported by their sending University. If you wish to apply for a grant, before filling in the registration form, send an application (CV, motivation letter, transcript of records and a letter from your university stating that you don't receive any university support for the participation) to the organizers at ecmimw2018@dmi.uns.ac.rs by April 20, 2018. Grant decisions will be sent individually to all applicants at least a week before the registration deadline.

Instructors interested in submitting modeling problems are welcome to contact the organizers at ecmimw2018@dmi.uns.ac.rs.
